H.E. Mr. Long Zhou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Malawi, a Han ethnic and a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in December 1969 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts.
