On 8 December 2018, H.E. Liu Hongyang, Chinese Ambassador to Malawi handed over 4 boreholes in Chirazulu. The handover ceremony was attended by Hon. Henry Mussa, Minister of Information and Communication Technology, traditional leaders and more than 200 villagers in this area.
