China Online Visa Processing System will be officially launched by the Chinese Embassy in Malawi on March 31, 2025, replacing the Chinese Online Visa Application (COVA) Filling System.    Applicants could enjoy convenience of filling out the form and uploading materials online through this system. Please note that applicant comes to the Embassy only when the online review has been passed, with the bar code of the application form, passport, other materials, and continue the next step of visa application.

From April 7, 2025, the Chinese Online Visa Application (COVA) Filling System will be out of service.
