On 10th of October , Chinese Ambassador to Malawi, H.E. Lu Xu met with Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, Dr. Joseph Mathyola Mwanamvekha, MP, a key cabinet member nominated immediately after newly elected President Mutharika took office in late September. Views on strengthening bilateral practical cooperation have been shared during the audience. Counsellor Zhang Chunfa accompanied the meeting.
