On October 24, the Inauguration Ceremony of Incoming Chief of Malawi Defence Force, General George Alexander Jaffu, was held at Kamuzu Barracks Parade Ground in Lilongwe. Colonel PAN Chao, Chinese Defence Attaché, attended the ceremony upon invitation.
