On 11 November, H.E. Lu Xu, Chinese Ambassador to Malawi, met with Hon. Roza Fachi Mbilizi, M.P., the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development, to exchange views on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector. Counsellor Zhang Chunfa accompanied the Ambassador during the meeting.
