On December 16, Ambassador Lu Xu met with Malawi’s newly appointed Minister of Information and Communications Technology, Hon. Dr. Shadrick Namalomba, M.P., to exchange views on deepening bilateral cooperation. Counsellor Zhang Chunfa accompanied the meeting.
