On April 15, H.E. Ambassador Lu Xu met with Hon. Dr. Ben Phiri, M.P., Minister of Local Government and Rural Development. The two sides exchanged views on China-Malawi cooperation, upcoming events under the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges framework and other issues of mutual interest.
