On July 1, Ambassador Lu Xu met with Professor Address Malata, Vice-Chancellor of Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) and Dr. Mwapatsa Mipando, Vice-Chancellor-Designate of MUST. 

Ambassador Lu extended congratulations to Dr. Mipando on his new appointment and highly praised Prof. Malata’s contributions to China-Malawi educational cooperation. The two sides also engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening talent exchange.
